From approaching via Manchester, Ashton or Hyde.

When you get to Denton Town Centre-Crown Point crossroads, take the A6017 Stockport Road.

Continue straight down passing through 2 sets of pedestrian lights. (At the second set of lights, St. Lawrence’s Church– known as the black & white church- is on your right).

Take the third turning on your left Prince Edward Ave.

**Continue down past all the terraced houses until you get to the newer estate, then take the second turning on your right Broadfield Close.

Come right to the top of the cul-de-sac and number 16 is in the right hand corner.

Approaching from Stockport, travel down the A6017 Stockport Road  signposted Denton.

Continue straight down passing the Fletchers Arms public House on your right, up to the traffic lights at the junction of Two Trees Lane, you will see the Masons Arms public house.

Continue straight on and take the third turning on your right Prince Edward Ave.

Then as above from green star.
