Charges are at a daily rate. You are charged for the day of arrival and each following day, including the day of depature. No refunds are given for cats brought in later or collected earlier than agreed at the date of booking.
**Please note that all days booked must be paid for even if you decide to collect your cat earlier than planned.**

A Discount will be given for cats staying longer than 30 days, please ask for details.

* Only cats from the same family may share.
* Un neutered tom cats over six months can not be accepted into the cattery as they can increase the risk of infections.
Payment can be made on Arrival or Collection, but no cats will be released untill payment is received in full.
Payment can be made by cash or cheque only. Cheques made payable to Mrs P A Owen please.
**CANCELLATIONS**
I would appreciate early notice of any changes in bookings. Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will incur a charge.
A COLLECTION and DELIVERY service is available upon request and by prior arrangementONLY.
***Collection and Delivery is FREE within a 3 mile radius and a charge of 75p per mile will be made thereafter.
*If your cat is nervous in any way during transportation, please feed them conservatively at least 3-4 hours before collection, to avoid any sickness during travelling. I want them to arive here feeling as well as possible. Whatever time your pick up is, I can always feed them an hour after they arrive to give their tummies time to settle.
If you are using your own carrier, please line it with clean newspaper or a liner to absorb any accidents which may occur. Some cats get really upset when their coats get wet with urine. I do have carriers of my own I can use.
Please have ready the following for me when I arrive:
Your cats up to date vacination certificate(which shall remain with your cats records for the duration of its stay).
Any favourite toys they like to play with.
Any other items that will personalize their chalet to make them feel at home.
