Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of a 25% deposit, your cats stay will be confirmed by letter or email, and I will look forward to meeting my new guest(s). Provisional bookings will only be kept for a maximum of 5 days.
PLEASE NOTE on arrival with your cat, I shall require you to complete a Regisration form and sign a Vet Authourisation form.This is vital information I need about your cat to ensure it has an enjoyable and stress free holiday here. You are encouraged to introduce your cat to their chalet quarters and make them cosy and comfortable before leaving them with total piece of mind.
Bookings for over Christmas, New Year, Easter and Bank holidays must be accompanied by a 50% non refundable deposit. All Christmas boarders receive a Christmas present and a Christmas dinner.
OPENING HOURS.----OPEN ALL YEAR.
Unlike other catteries, Cozycats operate flexible opening by arrangement between 8am and 8pm. This means that it is often possible to deliver or collect your cat on the way to work or holiday.
Pre-inspection visits are also appointed within these times although we do try to close Sunday afternoons for 'family time'.
